In this session of Masterclass Integration series, Prachi Kulkarni and Maheshkumar Kharade discussed challenges in collecting data from multiple HR applications for measuring business outcomes as most HRTech applications offer different analytics support. Some with basic predefined reports, others with interactive dashboards, and the rest with self-service BI. Architecting and integrating these types of analytical capabilities needs understanding of how deeper integrations between different HR systems are done at the data layer. They also shared a tried-and-tested business case walkthrough.
