Harbinger Interactive Learning Wins an Award in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards
Harbinger Interactive Learning, a leader in innovative and custom learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development category. The category sought applications for a workplace development program designed to support a competency and/or skill development need within an organization. Harbinger and Chicken Salad Chick’s award application was based on the ‘Team Member Development Program’ developed by Harbinger, for the employees of Chicken Salad Chick.
At a high level, this program featured a blended learning approach with online courses targeted to specific audiences to present the required knowledge through video, interactive activities and other training methods. Hands on practice outlines and online checklists to validate the necessary knowledge and skills accompanied the online courses. Team Harbinger was instrumental in developing multiple online courses that captured and reflected the chick culture.
