Towards LXP – Using an AI powered recommendation engine

The client offers leadership coaching and skill development programs for C level executives. As such, they have an extensive library of resources for perusal. This library, however, was not effectively and extensively accessed by the users, which paved the way for a few modifications. Based on user profiles these were, make relevant recommendations, gather data in personalized libraries, and improve ease of accessibility. The recommendation engine developed by Harbinger, not only improved the accessibility and scalability, but also, user engagement and analytics.
