Harbinger builds a Chatbot Interface for the ‘Time-Off’ feature of a Time and Attendance system
Harbinger designed a solution to convert the standard ‘Time-Off’ workflows of a conventional Time & Attendance system of an HRTech ISV into conversational scripts. NLP was used to map user inputs to the REST layer and trigger relevant workflows. The Bot was trained to respond automatically to any time-off requests for resolution. This Chatbot solution was integrated with various messengers such as Skype, and Slack gave the Time & Attendance platform a competitive advantage by improving the user experience and reducing the turnaround time considerably.
