Harbinger Wins A Silver at The 2020 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards
Harbinger, as a joint entrant with Wienerschnitzel, is recognized for Excellence in Learning.
Harbinger Group, a leader in innovative custom learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver award for excellence in the Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development category. The winning award entry is based on ‘Be a Front Counter Ambassador’ learning program, developed by Harbinger, for the employees of Wienerschnitzel. Be a Front Counter Ambassador is a gamified learning module designed to challenge learners on the standards of Wienerschnitzel’s front-counter by presenting them with guest service recovery situations that can commonly occur.

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, January26-28, 2021, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
